I ordered from thinker-tinker.com because I thought it would be a fun fit for my 6-year-old, but it ended up feeling geared toward older kids. It looked really cute online, but once we tried it, he got frustrated fast and needed a lot more help than I expected.
There were definitely some cute parts, so I don’t think it’s a bad idea overall. The age range just feels off to me, and after that first try, it just sat on the table.

I grabbed this kind of on a whim, and as soon as my kid started using it, I was like, yep, totally worth it. It feels really sturdy, works great, and my kid absolutely loves it.

Most of the time the site loads just fine and it’s easy enough to use, so that’s good. But then checkout froze on me once right when I was trying to finish my order, which was super annoying. Not a huge disaster, I guess, but also kind of ridiculous.

We tried Thinker Tinker because I was getting tired of tablet time turning into my kid zoning out in front of videos. So far, it’s actually been helpful. They still get their screen time, but it feels more active, like they’re thinking and doing something instead of just staring. Okay, some days are still chaos and I question all my life choices. But overall, we’ve had fewer arguments about the tablet, which is a big win in our house

The app does what it’s supposed to do and the features work well. It can be a bit laggy sometimes, though. I feel like if people are paying for or relying on an app, it’s only fair that it runs smoothly, so I hope they keep improving the performance.

I wasn’t totally sure at first if this would actually stick, but it’s been really reassuring to see the lessons build on each other in a way my kid can follow. They’re remembering what they learned and even asking to do more, which makes me feel like we’re finally moving in a good direction

I had a small issue with my order and expected the usual customer service nonsense where you send a message into the void and maybe hear back three business years later. But nope, they actually replied the same day, which was already a pleasant shock. The person helping me was super nice too and didn’t make me feel ridiculous for asking basic questions, which I appreciated more than I probably should have.
They looked into what happened, got it fixed, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was good. Like, why is that so rare now? It shouldn’t feel groundbreaking to get support from an actual human, but here we are. Anyway, they handled it really well, so yeah, easy 5 stars from me

My daughter was really into this for the first couple of days, so I thought it was going to be a hit. But she’s the kind of kid who moves on to the next thing quickly, so part of it is probably on her short attention span. It’s a cute idea and I can see why some kids would love it, but it just didn’t keep her busy as long as I was hoping.

It took me a lot longer to get this going than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up repeating a few steps because it wasn’t obvious what I was supposed to do next. Kind of feels like whoever wrote the setup guide maybe didn’t actually try following it from scratch

There’s a good mix of things on the site, and my kid had fun finding different activities to try. A few sections felt a little limited, but overall it was useful and kept them interested. anything that gives kids a decent, positive place to explore and have fun is worth appreciating

The sound surprised me in a good way. I kind of assumed it would be quieter or tinny, but the voice clips come through clearly. My kid can hear it even when the TV is on, which is saying something because our living room is basically never quiet.

The only thing is, if you crank it all the way up, the speaker gets a little fuzzy. Not terrible, and actually we don’t really need it that loud anyway, so we just keep it a notch lower. Still a solid pick, just not perfect at max volume

I ended up returning the item, and the return itself was accepted without any real hassle. The only thing was the refund took longer than I thought it would, so I found myself checking back a few times and getting a bit impatient. It did come through eventually, but the wait was a little frustrating.

I got this for my niece as a gift, and I think the timing was just a little off. She was into it at first and seemed excited, but she got bored with it quickly. The packaging was fine and it arrived without any issues, so no complaints there. It’s not a bad toy at all, I just think it might be a better fit for kids who are really into techy stuff or who are in the right mood for it

Overall, I thought the site looked really nice. The colors were fun without being too much, and the pages were easy to look at. A few sections felt like they could be cleaned up a bit, but I might’ve just been viewing it at a bad time or between updates. It still had a really pleasant feel to it.

Everything was exactly what I ordered, exactly. No problems at all, just a smooth and simple experience...

The weird part is, the item itself was fine, but the way it showed up was rough. The box was kind of crushed, and the inside didn’t seem packed very securely. For the price, I expected a bit more care with the shipping.

I ordered from thinker-tinker.com and was surprised by how quickly everything shipped. I got the tracking info after about a day, and it actually updated like it was supposed to, which I really appreciate because that’s not always the case with online orders.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the box did show up with a small dent, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. For the speed and the overall experience, I’d say it was still a good value and I’m happy with the purchase

I’ve been using it for a bit now and, honestly... it’s been good. Nothing really to complain about. It does what I needed it to do, and overall I’m happy with it

I bought this from thinker-tinker.com for my kid sometime last spring, I think, or maybe it was early summer? Either way, it’s been played with a lot. It’s been dropped, tossed into the toy bin, and generally treated like most kid toys are, and it still works just fine. I haven’t noticed any loose parts or anything like that so far. i’m impressed with how well it’s held up

My kid seemed to learn a few things while using it, and they had fun with it too, so overall I’d say it was good. It wasn’t perfect, but for what we needed, it mostly did the job.
